Abide
A private, faith-centered space for mothers to slow down and walk with God
“Abide in Me, and I in you.” — John 15:4
Motherhood can feel heavy, overwhelming, and isolating — especially when you desire to parent God’s way.
Abide offers a private, prayerful space for mothers to pause, process, and reconnect with God in the middle of everyday motherhood.
If you’re a mother who feels:
emotionally burnt out
overwhelmed by the weight of responsibility
tired of parenting from survival instead of peace
longing to slow down and hear God again
you are not failing.
You may simply be exhausted from trying to carry what was never meant to rest solely on your shoulders. Abide is an invitation to pause, to step out of striving and into presence, and to let God meet you in the middle of motherhood.
Motherhood Was Never Meant To Be Done In Your Own Strength.
What These 1:1 Sessions Are:
Abide is a private, one-on-one mentorship space for mothers who want to:
reconnect with God in the middle of everyday motherhood
process emotions honestly without judgment or pressure
parent from faith, not fear
learn to slow down, surrender, and listen for God’s guidance
These sessions are Spirit-led, prayerful, and unhurried.
They are not about fixing you, they are about creating space for God to work.
I walk with you as a fellow mother, holding space for reflection, prayer, and truth— always pointing back to God as the source.
Who These 1:1 Sessions Are For:
Burnt-out moms who feel depleted, overstimulated, or emotionally worn down
Mothers who desire to parent God’s way, but feel unsure how to do that in the tension of real life
Moms who feel disconnected from themselves, their faith, or their sense of peace
Mothers who want spiritual support alongside the realities of motherhood
As a mother that has experienced all of the above in motherhood—
I see you. I’m here with you.
When Motherhood Feels Overwhelming
If you’re reading this, I can almost guarantee that you deeply desire to parent in a way that honors God. However, the reality of everyday life can make that feel incredibly difficult.
You may find yourself:
Overreacting in moments of stress and feeling immediate guilt afterward
Feeling constantly overwhelmed or overstimulated
Struggling to find joy in motherhood the way you thought you would
Wanting to respond with patience, but reacting out of frustration and anger instead
Feeling like you're trying to balance everything but never quite catching up
Loving God deeply but not knowing how to practically include Him in the chaos of motherhood
You know the kind of mother you want to be, but in the middle of exhaustion, emotions, and responsibility, it can feel impossible to live that out consistently. This is where intentional support matters!
This Mentorship Is More Than Just Talking
Abide is not simply a space to vent about motherhood.
While sharing honestly is important, our sessions focus on growth, application, and transformation.
Inside these 1:1 mentorship sessions, we work together to:
Identify the emotional triggers that cause you to overreact
Learn practical ways to pause and respond instead of react
Replace guilt-driven parenting with Spirit-led responses
Develop simple ways to invite God into your daily motherhood rhythms
Build emotional awareness so you can understand what you're feeling and why
Reframe difficult moments through a biblical perspective
Cultivate peace, patience, and joy in your motherhood journey
The goal is for faith to be something you actively live out, not just something you believe in theory.
The Transformation
When you begin intentionally partnering with God in motherhood, things start to shift.
Instead of constantly feeling reactive and overwhelmed, you begin to experience:
Greater patience with your children
The ability to pause before reacting emotionally
More peace in situations that once felt chaotic
A deeper connection with God in your daily life
Renewed joy in the role of motherhood
Confidence in how you show up for your children
This isn’t because motherhood suddenly becomes easy. In fact, our children don’t become perfect as a result of us partnering with God. When we partner with God, we experience this shift because we begin to walk through motherhood with wisdom, awareness, spiritual guidance and a posture of surrender.
A Biblical and Practical Approach
This mentorship combines two things many mothers are missing:
Biblical truth and practical application.
We will invite God into every conversation while also focusing on real-life strategies you can implement immediatelyin your home and in your heart.
You won't leave sessions wondering what to do next. You'll leave with clarity, reflection, and practical steps you can begin applying right away.
What This Mentorship Is NOT:
To honor clarity and integrity, it’s important to name boundaries.
These sessions are not therapy or clinical counseling.
I do not diagnose, treat trauma, or provide mental health care.
This is spiritual and emotional support, grounded in prayer, Scripture, and lived experience.
If something arises that feels outside my scope, I will always encourage seeking licensed professional care.
Your wellbeing matters.
The Heart Behind Abide
I am not here as an expert with all the answers. I come as:
a mother who has walked through burnout and emotional overwhelm
a woman who has learned to return to God again and again
someone who believes healing often begins with presence, not performance
What God has helped me walk through in my own life, I offer as wisdom and encouragement.
Every session is approached with humility, discernment, and care.
What A Session May Look Like:
Each 60-minute session is guided by prayer and the Holy Spirit.
Depending on what you bring, we may:
talk through what feels heavy or confusing
reflect on identity, expectations, or emotional patterns
sit in prayer or Scripture together
gently explore what God may be inviting you to release or trust Him with
create space for rest, grounding, and clarity
A Note For Mothers Of All Stories
Every motherhood journey is different.
While my lived experience is as a mother of neurotypical children, I recognize that mothers raising children with special needs carry unique challenges and realities.
My focus in these sessions is you as the mother — your emotional wellbeing, your faith, and your relationship with God — not parenting techniques or child-specific strategies.
I hold this space with humility, honoring both what I know and what I do not.
This Is Your Invitation
If you’re tired of striving
If you want to parent from faith instead of fear
If you’re longing to slow down and abide with God again
God is not rushing you, He’s inviting you.
If you feel a gentle tug on your heart, honor it.
Your motherhood matters
